From the Teamso left-hand menu, go to On/Off Boarding and click Onboarding.
On the page that opens, click the Create Evaluation button in the top right.
Set the survey name, subtitle and questions in the window that opens, then click Next at the bottom right to move on to the settings.
Adjust the survey settings in the window that opens, then click Next at the bottom right.
The next window lets you review the survey you built. If it looks right, click Complete and Publish at the bottom right to publish it. New hires then see this survey the first time they log in to Teamso.
