This article explains how to answer a survey HR sent you. Employees with Communication Module Employee Permission do this.
Before you start
You receive an email when a survey is sent to you. You need to answer it before the survey's closing date.
Step by step
When you open the home page and have an unanswered survey, the survey window opens automatically. A survey past its end date does not open automatically. If you closed it, click the Answer survey button on the survey's row in the inbox (Your tasks) on the home page.
Answer the questions in each section:
Select one option in single choice questions and one or more options in multiple choice questions.
Fill in Write your answer... in text questions.
The bottom of the window shows how many questions are answered. All questions must be answered.
Click Submit Survey.
Result
The message "Survey submitted successfully" appears, the survey disappears from the inbox on the home page and you receive a thank-you email. If you have another unanswered survey, it opens next. A submitted answer can't be changed.
You can see the surveys you submitted with their status on Comms and docs > Surveys. If the survey is anonymous, HR sees Anonymous instead of your name in the response list.
