If an announcement you sent did not reach employees, check that the delivery settings were selected when you created it.
At least one of Send SMS or Send Email must be ticked.
Make sure the employees the announcement is for are selected.
If either setting is missing, the announcement is created in the system but not delivered to employees. Check the settings and send the announcement again.
Announcements to a single person
An announcement cannot be sent to one individual. Announcements are sent by department.
