📌 Payroll & e-payslip
A skip manager approval option has been added: payslips can go straight to the employee without manager approval if you want.
E-payslip user matching messages have been translated into Turkish and standardised.
The process for splitting pay statements has been improved.

Pay changes can now be made independently for a single employee.
