This Month in Teamso | April 2026

In April we shipped a run of improvements that make operational processes in Teamso more flexible, more traceable and easier to control. From overtime management to time-clock integrations, and from leave rules to timesheet processes, the focus this month was on changes that make day-to-day HR work easier.

Updates & improvements 🔥

Overtime management has been rebuilt

Overtime processes can now be managed far more thoroughly and with more control.

  • Bulk overtime import from Excel is now supported

  • Overtime records that run over into the next day can now be managed

  • TÜBİTAK timestamp infrastructure has been added for approved overtime

  • If you don't use the payroll module, the “paid” status can now be managed separately

  • Overtime reports have been improved

  • A kanban board makes approval steps more flexible and easier to manage, with drag-and-drop support

In short: overtime is no longer just something you record. It is a process you can report on, approve and keep audit-ready.

Overtime permission management has been improved

Permissions and visibility in overtime processes are now much clearer.

  • Admins can manage every overtime process

  • Managers can view and report on their own team's overtime

  • Users with basic permissions can only see their own overtime records

Everyone therefore sees only the overtime data that suits their role.

Patron time-clock integration and the timesheet flow have been improved

The time-clock integration pages have been rebuilt and tied more closely to timesheet processes.

  • Once time-clock records are transferred to the timesheet, the actual values can be edited and deleted

  • Record statuses are clearer: missing record, filtered, calculated

  • Data retrieval has moved to a cumulative model

In short: time-clock data now flows into timesheet processes more transparently, and is easier to follow and manage.

Leave management is more flexible

Significant improvements were made to both visibility and rule management in leave processes.

  • Design improvements were made to the work calendar, workday plan and public holiday screens

  • Who can see upcoming leave is now managed from company settings

  • The leave rule is now shown on QR-coded leave PDFs

  • You can now pick the leave rule and leave type when adding bonus leave.

Full control over public holidays

A “disable public holiday” option has been added to leave rules. When it is on, public holidays are not counted in the leave calculation and can be set to come out of leave entitlement.

This gives much more flexible leave management, especially for teams working different shift, field or operational patterns.

Improvements in the timesheet module

The experience has been improved for workday plans, public holidays and time-clock-linked processes in the timesheet module.

  • The workday plan screens have been reworked

  • Transferring time-clock records into the timesheet is more robust

  • Actual timesheet values can be edited with more control

The character limit on internal announcements has been raised

The character limit in the announcements module is now 3,000 characters. Internal updates, policy announcements, event news and longer explanations are much easier to share.

Data management in the employee module is stronger

Improvements were made to list downloads, personal records and workplace/position details in the employee module.

  • Position and workplace updates in personal records are more stable

  • Workplace data has been tidied up.

💙 Finally

In April we focused on improvements that strengthen operational control, permission management and data flows in Teamso.

As every month, the goal is the same: an experience that reduces the daily workload on HR teams, makes processes more visible and makes decisions easier.

With your feedback, we keep building Teamso together.
