Postings you publish are listed on the career page Teamso creates for you, and candidates apply there. This article explains how to share the career page, what candidates enter and how the application appears on your side. Career page settings are done by users with Manager Permission; applications are visible to users with Manager Permission and Hiring Permission.
Before you start
At least one posting must be Active with Share on Website selected (Creating and publishing a job posting).
Getting the career page links from Configuration > Recruitment > Settings requires Manager Permission; users with Hiring Permission can also copy them from Quick Links under the Settings menu (ATS settings).
Step by step
Getting the career page link
In the left menu, go to Configuration, pick Recruitment in the list on the left and the Settings card at the top. The Settings button in the header of the Recruitment screen opens the same page.
In the Customization tab, under Career Page Links:
Live Career Page: the page listing all your active postings. Copy it with Copy Link and add it to your website or social media.
Preview Link: click the open icon (Open Link) to check how the page looks. The preview shows the page with sample job posts; the yellow ribbon at the top says so and the sample posts cannot be clicked.
You can also copy a single posting's link from the window that opens when you publish it.
The candidate's application
The candidate opens the posting from the Open Positions list on the career page, can view the page in Turkish, English, Arabic or Russian (texts not translated yet appear in English), and fills in the Submit Application form:
Name, Surname, Email, Telephone Number, Age, Gender, Location, University, Years of Experience (required),
the questions you added to the posting (answers to the ones you marked required are needed),
CV file: PDF only, up to 5 MB; it can only be uploaded for a published posting. CVs uploaded without sending the application are deleted after a day,
the consent "I have read and accept the GDPR Agreement, User Agreement and Information Text" (the Apply button stays disabled until it is ticked),
the information notice on AI usage (optional).
While the consent box is not ticked, a note under Apply says "Accept the privacy and agreement texts to apply." If the posting has no description, the application form opens as one column in the middle of the page. When the candidate clicks Apply, the Thank You! page opens.
Result
The application appears in the CV Pool with the New Candidate status. The Applied Job Post column shows the posting's name.
The candidate receives an email confirming the application, in the language they applied in. The recruiting team gets no separate notification.
If the candidate came through the LinkedIn link, the application source is recorded as LinkedIn.
If the same person applied before (same email and phone), the records are merged automatically (Duplicate candidate records).
The candidate's consents appear with their acceptance date under Legal Texts in the Status tab of the candidate panel. If the candidate refused the AI evaluation, Send to Analyze in the candidate panel is disabled, and a bulk analysis from the CV Pool skips this candidate's CV as well.
Requesting legal text consent
CVs you add manually or upload have no candidate consent. To request it, open the Status tab in the candidate's panel and click Send Legal Texts. The candidate receives an email with a consent link; sends are listed under Send History. The link only works for that candidate and expires after 30 days; if it has expired, send it again with Send Legal Texts.
Common problems
Symptom: The candidate sees "This posting is not published".
Cause: The posting was unpublished, stopped or archived.
Fix: Set the posting's status to Active to accept applications.
Symptom: The candidate can't click Apply.
Cause: The consent box isn't ticked.
Fix: Ask the candidate to tick the consent box.
Symptom: The CV doesn't upload.
Cause: The file isn't a PDF, is larger than 5 MB, the posting is no longer published, or many CVs were uploaded from the same network in a short time (more than 10 in 10 minutes).
Fix: The message the candidate sees gives the reason: "You can only upload a PDF file of up to 5 MB.", "The file content is not a PDF..." (named .pdf but another type inside) or "Too many files were uploaded in a short time...". Save the CV as a PDF under 5 MB; after many uploads, try again a few minutes later.
Symptom: The candidate sees "This consent link is invalid or has expired" on the consent page.
Cause: The link is older than 30 days, was copied incompletely or belongs to another candidate.
Fix: Send a new link with Send Legal Texts in the candidate's panel.
Symptom: An expired posting is still on the career page.
Cause: Postings don't close by themselves at the target date.
Fix: Close the posting with Unpublish.
