This article explains how to prepare a new job posting in the Job Postings tab, have its description written by AI, and publish it. Users with Manager Permission or Hiring Permission do this.
Before you start
Know the posting's branch, department and position.
To start from an approved hiring request, the request must be Approved (Hiring requests).
You can fill Configuration > Recruitment > Settings > Job Templates and Job Questions in advance for posting texts and application questions you reuse (ATS settings).
Step by step
From the left menu go to Growth and hiring > Recruitment and open the Job Postings tab.
Click Create Job Posting.
If you have saved templates or approved hiring requests, How would you like to start? opens first. Choose Continue from Template, Continue from Hiring Request or Create from Scratch. If you pick a template or a request, its details are copied into the form. Job templates are offered to users with Manager Permission and Hiring Permission; a user with Manager Permission prepares them.
Fill in the Job Details step. Required fields: Branch, Department, Position, Working Type (Full Time, Part Time, Intern, Contract) and Work Model (Office, Hybrid, Remote). Optionally enter Position Fill Duration (Days), Position Country, Position City, Years of Experience, a salary range and Currency, Work Time Zone and other fields.
Write the job description in Description, or click Generate with AI:
The button becomes available once Position, Working Type and Work Model are filled in.
The badge next to the button shows the cost (by default 1 credit). Click Continue in the Credit use window that opens. Credit is spent only when the description is produced; if you do not have enough credit, the Not enough credit window opens and Buy credit takes you to the Payment Infos screen.
AI writes a job description from the details in the form. This may take between 30 seconds and 1 minute; Generating description... shows meanwhile.
You can edit the generated text in the editor. The description can be at most 5000 characters.
Click Save and Continue. The posting is saved as Draft.
In the Job Questions step, add the questions candidates answer on the application form: pick saved questions with Select from Template or create one with New Question. Set each question's Question Type and whether it is required. Questions are optional. Click Save.
In the Summary step, check the posting and click Publish.
In the window that opens, choose the channels. Publish puts the posting on your career page, so Share on Website is already on; if the posting was shared on LinkedIn before, Share on LinkedIn stays on too:
Share on Website: the posting is published on your career page. You can copy the link and share it.
Share on LinkedIn: the posting is not pushed to LinkedIn automatically. Copy the link shown and post it on LinkedIn; applications coming through this link are marked with LinkedIn as their source.
Click Close.
Job posting details and the candidate pipeline
The first column of the posting list is Position (with the department under it); the Candidates column shows how many applications the posting received. Clicking a row, choosing See Details in the row's Actions menu or clicking the Candidates number opens the posting details window:
The header shows the position, the posting status, department, branch and location. Open in CV pool on the right opens the CV Pool filtered to this posting; with the permission, Change Status and Edit are here too.
The Candidate pipeline tab shows the posting's candidates in stage columns (New Candidate, Interview, Hired, Negative, Rejected, Archive; Analyzing first while a CV is being analyzed). The number in a column header is the number of candidates in that stage; a card shows the candidate's name, sub status, CV score and application date. Filter with Search candidate name and switch between the Board and List views with the buttons on the right (narrow screens open the list).
Clicking a card opens the candidate's details for this posting. Drag a card to another column, or use Move to stage on the card, to change the stage; both open the Update Status window with the stage you picked, and the change is made when you click Save (Changing a candidate's status).
The Job details tab shows the read-only summary of the posting.
Managing a published posting
From the row's Actions menu in the posting list:
See Details: opens the posting details window (above).
Unpublish: asks for confirmation first; once confirmed the posting is removed from the career page and becomes Passive. Received applications are kept.
Change Status: choose Draft, Active, Passive, Stopped or Archived. Choosing Active makes the posting visible on the career page.
Copy: creates a copy of the posting as Draft.
Edit: you can edit a posting in any status; changes to an active posting show on the career page immediately.
Delete: deletes the posting. This can't be undone.
Click the status label to see the posting's status history.
Result
A published posting becomes Active and appears on your career page. If you entered Position Fill Duration (Days), the target completion date is counted from the publishing day.
Applications to this posting are listed in the CV Pool and in the Candidate pipeline tab of the posting details (Career page and applications).
The posting does not close by itself after the target date; unpublish it when you're done.
