Team results and reviews

Explains the KPI cards, the skill heat map and its evidence, assigning practice for a weak area, the progress curve, the list of attempts and Excel on the team results dashboard, and handling appeals and certificate reviews in the review queue.

This article explains how to measure your team's readiness on AI Simulation > Team results and how to check AI scores by hand in the Reviews section of the same page. The page has three sections at the top: Dashboard, Attempts and Reviews. Managers only see the results of the employees who report directly to them; admins see the whole company.

Before you start

  • You have AI Simulation Admin Permission or AI Simulation Manager Permission.

  • The team has scored simulation attempts. Preview attempts are not included on the dashboard.

Reading the dashboard

  1. In the left menu go to AI Simulation > Team results. The Dashboard section opens.

  2. Pick the range in the Period chip on the right of the page title: This month (default), Last month, Last 3 months, This year or any date range in the calendar. The chip shows the chosen range (for example November 2026).

  3. The stat card at the top: Scored conversations, Average score, Active employees (with at least one attempt / in scope, with a rate bar), Assignment completion (the pass rate of assignments whose due date in the period has already come, with a rate bar; assignments not due yet do not count) and Weakest skill. When there is nothing to calculate yet, the value reads Not yet. On a wide screen the whole dashboard fits at a glance: the heat map on the left, the progress curve and the latest attempts on the right; long lists scroll inside their card. With no scored conversation in the period, a short explanation and an Assign practice button replace the heat map.

  4. In the Skill heat map the rows are employees and the columns are the 8 skills (Empathy, Discovery, Product knowledge, Objection handling, Closing, Compliance, Communication, Problem solving). A cell shows the average criterion score for that skill and its colour shows it too: below 50 red, 50-69 yellow, 70 and above green. A cell without data shows "-". Admins can switch between Employee and Department.

  5. Click a cell (on phones, an employee's skill pills). The evidence window lists that employee's attempts for that skill with the score and level, the judge's reasoning and quotes from the conversation; Open result opens the attempt in a window.

  6. Suggested practice at the bottom of the window lists scenarios that measure this skill with a weight of at least 20. Pick one and click Assign practice to open the assignment window with the scenario and the employee filled in (Assigning and tracking simulations).

  7. In Progress curve choose up to 5 employees; their average score is drawn week by week since their start date, and the dashed line marks 70 points.

  8. The Latest attempts card lists the latest conversations of the period (an attempt without a score shows its status, e.g. Too short to score); click a row to open the attempt window, and See all switches to the Attempts section. When reviews are pending, the badge in the card header opens the Reviews section.

The list of attempts

  1. Switch to the Attempts section. The attempts of the chosen period are listed.

  2. Filter with the search box and the Period, Mode and Result chips. A row shows the employee, scenario, mode and difficulty, date, duration, score and result; the Under review and Corrected badges mark results that are being reviewed or were corrected by a review; an attempt without a score shows its status. Sort by date, employee, scenario, score or duration with Sort or by clicking a column header.

  3. Clicking a row opens the attempt result read-only in a window (score, criteria and transcript); Open on the result page shows the full result (Reading a simulation result).

  4. Download the list for the chosen period and filters with Excel in the header.

The review queue

The queue holds three kinds of records: Appeal (the employee appealed the result), Certificate review (an employee who failed on a certificate track asked for a review) and Score inconsistency (the scoring came out inconsistent). The number of pending reviews shows as a badge on the Reviews section card.

  1. On AI Simulation > Team results switch to the Reviews section. There are Pending and Resolved tabs, a Type chip and a search box. Old /dashboard/simulation/reviews links (notifications) lead to this section.

    Review queue
  2. Click a row. The review window shows the employee's reason at the top, the criteria on the left and the transcript on the right.

  3. If needed, pick a criterion's level from the boxes 0 to 4 (each box shows the matching score; the level the AI gave has a small dot). A changed criterion is highlighted; the total score and Passed or Failed are recalculated at once.

  4. Write a Review comment (10-500 characters, required) and click Save.

When the review is done the employee is notified and the result page shows the note "The score was corrected by a review". The status of the assignment and the training track and the XP are updated to the corrected score. The old level, the new level, the reviewer, the date and the comment are kept. Opening another employee's result or skill evidence and correcting a score are written to the company's transaction history: in Company Settings > Transaction History, pick AI Simulation in the Module chip to see who looked at whose result and when (see the Transaction History guide).

Reports and the home page card

  • In Reports > My reports > Generate Report you can report the Simulation Attempts (scenario, sector, mode, difficulty, start and end, duration of written and voice conversations, voice duration, score, result, critical failure), Simulation Criterion Scores (criterion, skill, weight, level, score, corrected level), Simulation Assignments (per person status, due date, best score, attempts, written alternative) and Simulation Assignment Definitions tables together with the Employee table (Creating and saving a custom report). Admins see every record and managers only their direct reports' records; even without a report permission you can open My reports and build reports of the simulation tables; then you pick only the employee columns that identify the person (first and last name, employee number, branch, department, position, manager, active), and personal data such as the identity number, phone and e-mail is not listed. Users without a simulation permission do not see these tables.

  • On the home page add the Team readiness card with Edit home page > Add card: it shows the team's average score, assignment completion rate and weakest skill this month; Open the dashboard opens this page.

Common problems

Symptom: The heat map is empty.
Cause: The team has no scored attempts in the chosen period.
Fix: Choose Last 3 months in the Period chip or assign practice to the team.

Symptom: I cannot see an employee on the dashboard.
Cause: Managers only see the employees who report directly to them.
Fix: Ask the employee's manager or an admin.

Symptom: Cells cannot be clicked in the department view.
Cause: Evidence is per person.
Fix: Switch to the Employee view.
