This article covers the settings every user can change for their own account. They all open from the top right corner.
Changing the language
Teamso is available in Turkish, English, Arabic and Russian.
Click your name at the top right. The account menu opens.
Under Preferences, click a language in the Language selector: Türkçe (Turkish), English, العربية (Arabic) or Русский (Russian). Each language is written in its own name. Your choice is saved to your account; the page reloads shortly and menus, screens and buttons appear in the language you chose. It also applies when you sign in on another device.
Good to know:
The language choice is saved to your account; when you sign in on another computer or browser, the same language opens.
If you have never chosen a language, Teamso follows your browser: Turkish if the browser is set to Turkish, otherwise English. Arabic and Russian open only when you choose them.
With Arabic or Russian, texts that are not translated into that language yet appear in English. In-app guides such as this article open in English too.
The teamso.com website is in Turkish and English only; the address of the page decides its language.
Warnings and error messages on the screens also come in the language you chose. E-mails and notifications sent to you use the language saved to your account.
Names your company entered itself (branches, departments, document names and so on) appear in the language they were entered in.
There is no separate list view choice: lists open as a table on wide screens and as cards on narrow screens such as phones, on their own.
Light or dark appearance
You can use Teamso in a light (white) or a dark (navy) appearance.
Click your name at the top right. The account menu opens.
Under Preferences, click Light or Dark in the Appearance row. The choice applies at once; the page does not reload.
Good to know:
Teamso always opens in the appearance you chose last: after a reload, in a new tab and after you log out and sign in again.
The appearance is saved in the browser you use. On another computer or browser Teamso first opens in the light appearance.
On the sign-in, sign-up and Forgot Password screens you can also switch with the moon (or sun) icon at the top right.
The teamso.com marketing pages always use the light appearance.
Changing your password
Click your name at the top right.
Choose Change password in the account menu.
At the top of the Change Password window, the Your sign-in email: line shows whose password you are changing. Type your new password in New password. The Password strength bar under it (Weak, Fair, Strong) is for information only.
Type the same password again in Repeat new password. At least 6 characters and Passwords match get a green tick as you type; a red note appears under a missing or wrong field.
Click Change the password (or Cancel to stop). As the What happens when you change it? box says, your password changes right away, a notice goes to your email address and you are signed out; sign in again with your new password. On a phone the window fills the screen.
If you cannot sign in because you forgot your password, set a new one with Forgot Password on the sign-in screen (I can't log in).
Your profile details
Choosing My profile in the account menu opens the My Info screen: your personal and job details, your manager, your leave history, assets, salary and shuttle information are here. You can change your profile photo here (My Info screen).
Your company manages registry details such as your name, email address and phone number; if they need to change, contact your HR team (How do I update my phone number?).
Other options
Feedback: sends a question or suggestion to the Teamso team (User guides and help channels).
MCP access: creates an access token to connect AI assistants such as Claude to your account (MCP overview).
Logout: ends your session. Always sign out when you finish on a shared computer.
