You sign in to Teamso with the email address or the phone number your company saved; both lead to the same account (Signing in to Teamso). If you cannot sign in, first check which of the messages below you see.
If you have forgotten your password
The password reset link is sent only to the email address on your account.
On the sign-in screen, type your email address or phone number and click Continue; if you have more than one account, click Login on the row of the right company.
On the password step, click Forgot Password.
The top of the Forgot your password? screen shows the detail you typed at sign-in, partly hidden; if you have more than one account it also shows the company you picked. If you came with your email address, the Sending to: line shows the address the link goes to, partly hidden (for example ay••••••@ornek.com); if you came with your phone number this line is not shown and the link goes to the email address on your account. Click Send reset link; the Check your email screen opens.
Open the link in the email within 30 minutes. If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam and junk folders. If it still has not arrived, click Send again on the Didn't get the email? line of the same screen. The button appears 60 seconds after each send; until then the time left is shown.
On the Choose a new password screen, type the same password in New password and Repeat new password. The At least 6 characters and Passwords match items under the fields get a green tick as each one is met; the Update my password button turns on once both are met. Click Update my password.
A few seconds after Your password is updated, the sign-in screen opens (you can also click Sign in now without waiting). It opens straight on the password step of the same account; type your new password and sign in.
If the link has expired or was already used, This link has expired appears; click Back to sign in and request a new link. When your password changes you get a "your password was changed" email; if you did not make the change, set a new password at once. Resetting your password also unlocks an account that was locked after failed attempts.
If there is no email address on your account, or you cannot access it, contact your company's HR team: from the Employees list they can email you a new set password link or change your password.
By the message on the sign-in screen
Message | Cause | What to do |
"The email, phone number or password is incorrect. Check them or reset your password." | The password is wrong, or the email address or phone number you typed is not registered. So that nobody can find out whether you have an account, Teamso does not tell the two apart. If your company turned on account lockout, the attempts left are shown below it. | Check your details and password, try the other one (phone instead of email or the other way round) or reset your password with Forgot Password. If that fails, ask HR which details are on record. |
"Incorrect password. Try again or reset your password." | The password of the account you picked on the Choose your account screen is wrong. If your company turned on account lockout, the attempts left are shown below it. | Check your password (a warning appears below the field if Caps Lock is on) or reset it with Forgot Password. |
"Too many requests. Please wait a moment." | Many lookups were made in a short time from the same network or for the same email address or phone number. | Wait a minute and try again. |
"We couldn't reach the server. Check your connection and try again." | Teamso could not be reached; usually the internet connection dropped. | Check your connection and try again. |
"Sorry, your account is inactive and you cannot log in to the system at this time." | Your company has deactivated your account (for example, after you left). | Only a person with employee management permission in your company (usually HR) can reopen it with Activate (Deactivating and reactivating an employee). |
"Your account has been temporarily locked due to too many failed attempts…" | Your company turned on account lockout and the password was entered wrong several times in a row. | A "You can try again in …" countdown appears below the message and Login stays off until it ends. Wait for that time, or reset your password with Forgot Password (Security and access settings). |
"Security verification required…" | Many failed sign-in attempts came from the same network. | Complete the security check below the password field and try again. |
"Too many failed attempts. Please try again in … minutes." | Many failed sign-in attempts came from the same network in the Teamso mobile app (the app cannot show the security check, so a short waiting time starts). | Wait for the time in the message and try again, or sign in from a web browser, where you can complete the security check and sign in right away. |
"Your email address is not verified yet. We sent a verification link to your email; sign in after you click it." | Your email address has not been confirmed yet. | Click the verification link in the email sent to you again, then sign in. The link is sent again at most once every 5 minutes. |
"Your company license has expired or has not yet been approved." | Your company's Teamso subscription has ended. | Let your company administrator know (Subscription and payment). |
"Access Denied" page | Your company allows sign-in only from certain networks (IP addresses). | Connect from the workplace network, or send the IP address shown on the page to your administrator. |
Candidates in the E-Welcome process may see "No data entry was requested.", "Your information has been submitted to Human Resources…" or "The documents you uploaded are pending approval."; their meaning is explained in Filling in the E-Welcome form as a candidate.
If account selection shows your former employer
If you are registered with more than one company under the same email address or phone number, the Choose your account screen lists all of them with the company name. Pick the row of the company you work for. If only your former employer is listed, your new company has not registered you with this email or phone; contact your new company's HR team.
