This article covers the Mine > My badges screen: the Recognition Wall, the feed of recognitions in the company, My Badges with the badges you earned, and the managers' My Team tab. Every employee of the company uses the screen; no permission is needed. A badge given to a person is called a recognition.
Before you start
The Performance module and the Badges feature on the Configuration > Company settings > Modules screen are on. While Badges is off, this screen, the My Badges tab and the Badges section on the employee card do not show.
If Performance is not in your menu, the same information is on the My Badges tab of Mine > My profile (Viewing your own information on My Info).
Viewing the Recognition Wall and congratulating
Go to Mine > My badges in the left menu. The Recognition Wall tab opens. Each card shows the person who got the badge, the badge, the giver, the message, the date and the number of congratulations; the newest recognition is at the top.
If you like, type the recognised employee's name in the Search the recognised employee box in the row above the list, or narrow the list with the Branch, Department, Badge and Date filters. A set filter reads like "Badge: Team player" and its cross removes it; Clear all removes the search and every filter. The right end of the row shows how many recognitions were found. The search and the filters are kept in the page address, so reloading the page or sharing the link opens the same list. When no recognition matches, "No recognitions match the filters." fills the list area. The line under the toolbar tells you which recognitions you see (e.g. "Showing the recognitions in your department only."). The wall runs from the newest recognition to older ones; Show more under the list adds the next recognitions.
Click the congratulation count under a card (e.g. Congratulations: 5) to read the congratulations left.
To congratulate a colleague, click Congratulate on their card. The window lists the congratulations left so far.
Write a short message in Your message (up to 280 characters) and click Send. The card shows Congratulated and the count goes up. You can leave one congratulation per recognition; delete yours with the bin icon in the window.
If you can give badges (a badge admin, or a manager who can give badges to the team), start a new recognition with Give a badge at the top right (Giving, approving and revoking badges).
Click a card to open the recognition details. When you come to a recognition through a link (for example from a notification), its card is highlighted with a frame.
Starting from the Recognition card on the home page
You do not have to open this screen to follow recognitions every day: the Recognition card on the Home page shows the newest recognitions of the Recognition Wall.
Find the Recognition card on the Home page. By default it is in the Team and celebrations slot; click the Recognition tab at the top of the slot to open it. On a phone it is in the Your cards slot.
Click a row. The Recognition Wall tab of this screen opens with that recognition's card highlighted; leave a congratulation there.
Above the list, see how many badges you earned this year (e.g. "You earned 2 badges this year"). For details, click See all and switch to the My Badges tab.
The card also lists only active recognitions shared on the wall; private and hidden recognitions are not on the card. For the whole home page, see Using the home page.
What shows on the wall
Only active recognitions given with Share on the Recognition Wall. Recognitions given with Only the person and their manager, hidden by the person with Do not show on my profile, waiting for approval, rejected or revoked are not on the wall.
Recognitions of people who left the company or are inactive drop off the wall; they are not deleted and stay in the badge management list.
The badge admin sets the scope with Whose recognitions show on the wall on the Badge management > Settings tab: Whole company, Their branch or Their department. Badge admins see every shared recognition in the company whatever this setting (Badge catalog and badge settings).
When Show points is on, the cards and My Badges also show the points of each recognition.
My Badges
Click the My Badges tab. The screen has two panels: My badge collection on the left and Recognitions I received on the right. On a wide screen both panels are the same height and each scrolls on its own; on a narrow screen they sit one under the other.
The top of My badge collection shows Different badges, Recognitions received, Total points when points are shown, and the day you earned your latest badge (Latest badge). In the Badges I earned grid below, the badge you earned last comes first; each badge shows how many times you got it (e.g. 2 times) and when, and for a badge you got more than once, the first and the last date.
Recognitions I received lists every active recognition given to you as a feed, newest first: who gave it, when, the badge and the message. Click the badge to open the recognition details, or the congratulation count to read the congratulations. Recognitions you hid or that only you and your manager see carry the Private tag.
To remove a recognition from the Recognition Wall and your profile, click Do not show on my profile on it in the feed and confirm. The recognition stays in My Badges; the giver, your manager and badge admins still see it. This cannot be undone.
If you have no badges and no recognitions yet, the message "Your badge collection is still empty" fills the area. Go to the Recognition Wall opens the recognitions across the company; if you can give badges, Give a badge next to it (Recognise for peer recognition) lets you recognise a colleague.
The Locked badges section of the collection panel shows the automatic badges you have not earned yet with a progress bar (for example "3/5 years", "Score 72/90", "4/10 recognitions"). It lists the badges for which the badge admin defined an automatic rule that covers you (Automatic badge rules). A recognition given automatically says "Given automatically by Teamso" instead of a giver; on the home page Recognition card such recognitions carry the Automatic label.
The same information is on the My Badges tab of the Mine > My profile screen.
My Team (managers)
If you have direct reports, the My Team tab shows; click it.
Each row shows the badges your team member holds (with a count for a badge they got more than once), the number of active recognitions and the date of the last one. Recognitions the person hid are counted too.
To give someone a badge, click Give a badge on their row; the person comes preselected. The button shows while Managers can give badges to their team is on.
The Badges section on an employee's card
Open an employee's card (for example by clicking their name on the Recognition Wall or in the Employee list) and click Badges in the section strip (See an employee's details on their card, depending on your permissions). The person's public recognitions are listed with the Recognition Wall cards, newest first; click a card to open the recognition details.
If the list is long, Show more at the bottom loads earlier recognitions. You can congratulate from here as well with Congratulate on a card.
If you can give the person a badge, Give a badge shows in the card header under the name; the person comes preselected. A passive employee's card has no such button.
The profile shows public recognitions only; private recognitions are never sent to other employees. The wall scope applies to the profile too: with Their department, the Badges section of a colleague in another department is empty. Badge admins and the person's manager always see it filled.
Result
Your congratulation is listed under the recognition for everyone to see; the person who got the recognition reads the congratulations on their card. Leaving and deleting congratulations is written to the audit log.
Differences on mobile
On a phone the Recognition Wall and My Badges show one card per row; the search box takes the full width and the filters sit in the sideways scrolling row under it, opening their choices in a bottom panel. In the mobile app the home page is the start screen; the Recognition card shows there in full width in the Your cards slot. The tab strip scrolls sideways. The congratulations window fills the screen.

Solution: Delete your congratulation and write it again to change it.
