This article explains how to design, try and publish a scenario of your own on AI Simulation > Scenarios without writing code. Users with the AI Simulation Admin Permission and the company administrator do this.
Before you start
Think about the conversation: the employee's role and goal, who the customer is, what they want and object to, and which criteria make a good conversation.
Optionally prepare a product brochure or process document (PDF, DOCX or TXT, at most 10 MB).
The scenario list
In the left menu go to AI Simulation > Scenarios.
The page has two sections at the top: Scenarios and Training tracks (Training tracks and certificates). In Scenarios choose All, Published, Draft or Archived.
Narrow the list with the Search scenario or customer box and the Language, Sector and Source chips; Mode is under Add filter. The Language chip starts with your interface language; clear it to list scenarios in both languages. Sort by Last updated or Name.
Each row shows the scenario name, the customer and sector, the source (Built-in, Your company, AI-made), the status (Published, Draft, Unpublished changes, Hidden in catalogue) and the last update. The Features column only shows what differs from the default: Voice too or Voice only, the enabled difficulties when not all three are on, and the language when it differs from your interface language.
Click a row. The scenario window opens: the customer card (name, age, occupation, city, traits), Situation and goal, Conversation (sector, type, modes, difficulties, language, duration), Objections and rules (the first objections and the rules as sentences), Criteria and weights and the version. At the bottom are Try, Publish for drafts and unpublished changes, and Edit; the More actions menu (three dots) has Copy and Archive (Restore for archived ones).
Built-in scenarios cannot be edited; the window shows View, and Hide in catalogue is under More actions. An archived scenario leaves the catalogue and new assignments; open assignments continue.
New scenario
Click New scenario at the top right and pick one of the three cards; the path you pick creates a draft that opens straight in the studio window:
Start blank: a blank draft opens. If you choose an Evaluation template (General sales, General service, SPIN, BANT, LAER objections, HEARD complaints, Manager feedback), the criteria are filled from it. Language is Turkish or English. Click Create.
Copy a built-in scenario: pick a scenario from the library and click Copy and edit; a copy owned by your company opens as a draft.
Create with AI: see the next section.
Create with AI
In What should be practised? describe the situation in one sentence (10 to 1000 characters), for example "A cautious customer renewing car insurance who got a cheaper offer elsewhere".
Choose the Sector, Conversation type, Language, Modes and Difficulty.
Optionally add up to 3 files under Document (optional); product facts are taken from them. Personal data in the documents is masked before the prompt.
Click Create. The waiting screen shows "Creating the customer", "Writing objections" and "Preparing the rubric"; it can take a minute or two.
When the draft is ready the studio window opens by itself. The draft is never published by itself; review it and publish it.
Creating with AI uses 5 credits when the draft is created; nothing is used if it fails, and Try again appears.
The scenario studio
The studio opens in a large window from Edit in the scenario window (full screen on phones); you stay on the list. The 6 steps are at the top of the window. You can move between them freely; a step with missing or invalid fields gets a red dot and the number of missing fields. Every change is saved to the draft 2 seconds later; the save state and time show under the steps. If you close the window with unsaved changes, you can choose Save and close or Close without saving. The footer has Try, Back / Next and Publish; if fields are missing for publishing, their number shows next to Publish.
Basics: Scenario name, Description, Sector, Conversation type (Outbound call, Inbound call, Written channel, Face to face), Language, Modes (Written, Voice), Difficulties and Default difficulty, time and turn limits, Phone line sound for voice; under Employee briefing the employee's Your role and Your goal texts.
Customer: full name, age, gender, occupation, city; the Voice list is filtered by gender and Listen plays a sample of each voice. Manner, Background and situation, Opening line; Traits chips (at most 6); Mood pools for Easy, Medium and Hard, where Add suggestions adds ready sentences.
Flow: Customer's goal, Hidden intent (the customer does not say this directly; the right questions bring it out), Product facts, Objections (add rows, reorder with the arrows, optional frequency), Success criterion and Failure criterion.
Rules: "if they say this, say that" rules. Add rule opens a rule card. The card's header shows the rule as a sentence, for example "If the employee mentions a price, the customer raises the objection "The competitor is cheaper"."; in a topic rule the topic can be a sentence or a few words, and the header reads "If the employee brings this up: price, the customer ...". Next to the header are the Once switch (the rule fires once per conversation) and the delete button. On the If line choose the trigger type (The employee says, The employee mentions, The employee has not said by turn N, A price is mentioned, N turns have passed, N seconds have passed) and its value; on the Then line choose the reaction (The customer says, mood gets harder or softer, Raises this objection, Reveals this information, Ends the conversation successfully or unsuccessfully) and its value. An incomplete rule is saved but blocks publishing; a warning shows when the same trigger ends the conversation both successfully and unsuccessfully.
Evaluation: choose a Methodology template and click Apply; existing criteria change only after you confirm. Each criterion has a name, Skill, Type (AI evaluates, Phrase that must be said, Forbidden phrase, Order of steps), a Weight slider and a Critical switch. A criterion the AI evaluates needs descriptions for levels 0, 2 and 4. The Total weight 100/100 indicator at the top must be green; Distribute evenly shares the weights. If the Pass score is empty, the company default is used. Coach tips are short sentences for the live coach.
Knowledge and try: add up to 5 files under Knowledge documents; each is summarised and you can change the summary with Edit summary. Try holds a preview conversation before publishing; a "Preview" band shows at the top, previews do not count towards statistics or XP, and credit is used as for a normal conversation. When the Pre-publish checklist is complete, click Publish at the bottom of the window.
If you edit a published scenario, the changes stay in the draft and the list shows Unpublished changes; the catalogue keeps the old version. Publish changes creates a new version. The Version history button under the steps opens a side panel with each version's number, publisher and date; the live version carries the Live badge. View this version shows its summary. Old attempts are shown with their own version.
A built-in scenario opens read-only; Copy and edit in the band at the top creates an editable copy, which opens in the same window. Old studio addresses (/dashboard/simulation/scenarios/<id>) lead to the list and open the studio window.
Result
A published scenario appears on employees' Practice page on the Company scenarios shelf and related shelves and can be assigned (Practising with an AI customer).
Common problems
Symptom: Publish is disabled.
Cause: An item of the checklist is missing (usually the weights do not add up to 100 or a rule is incomplete).
Fix: Open the step with the red dot and fix the marked fields.
Symptom: Listen is disabled.
Cause: That voice's sample file is not available yet.
Fix: You can still choose the voice; it works in the conversation.
