How do I request deletion of my personal data?

Explains who to contact to have your employee records deleted, the Data Subject Application Form for data Teamso holds itself, and the options a company administrator has: deactivating an employee or resetting all company data.

Employee records in Teamso (identity, leave, payroll, documents and so on) are held in the account of the company you work for or used to work for, and are managed by that company's authorised staff. That is why a deletion request goes to the company that holds your record.

If you are an employee or a former employee

  • Send your request to delete, correct or access your data to the HR team or the data protection contact of the company that holds your record. This is still the case if you have left.

  • The company decides about its records; send your request to the company, not to the Teamso support team.

  • If you are not sure which company holds your record, type your email or phone on the sign-in screen and click Continue: the Choose your account screen shows the company name of each account (Signing in to Teamso).

For data Teamso holds itself

For data Teamso processes on its own behalf, such as forms on teamso.com (demo requests, e-book downloads and so on) or information messages you receive from Teamso, apply to Teamso: fill in the Data Subject Application Form on teamso.com (teamso.com/en/application-form) or write to [email protected].

If you are a company administrator

  • Taking an employee off the list: on People > Employee list, use Disable in the row menu. The person can no longer sign in; their past leave, timesheet and payroll records are kept (Deactivating and reactivating an employee). The app has no action that deletes a single employee's record entirely.

  • Deleting all company data: the main administrator account irreversibly deletes all users and records with Configuration > Company settings > Critical Operations > Data Reset, confirmed by SMS (Resetting company data).

  • Closing the company account and subscription: write to [email protected] from your company's authorised email address.

Note

For legal questions about how your personal data is processed, contact the data protection contact of the company that holds your record.
