An employee's records are held in the account of the company they work for, or used to work for. Those records are managed by that company's authorised staff, which is why deletion requests go to the company directly.
If you are an employee or a former employee
Send your deletion request to an authorised contact or the HR team at the company that holds your record. This is still the case if you have left. Teamso support cannot carry out the request on your behalf.
If you are not sure which company holds your record, the company name shown when you sign in tells you.
If you are a company administrator
You manage employee records from your own account. To take an employee off the list you make their record inactive, which keeps their past leave, timesheet and payroll records. See "Removing an employee and restoring them" for the details.
Deleting a company account entirely
If you want all of your company's data removed from the system, send the request to [email protected] from your company email address. The request is actioned after identity and authority checks.
Note
For legal questions about how your personal data is processed, contact the data protection point of contact at the company that holds your record.
