Company Settings overview

Summarises the screens in the Company Settings menu (company information, visibility, integrations, Our Solution Partners, security, transaction history, public holidays, payment and Digital Credits), who can use them, what to do at first setup and how…

What this module is for

The Company Settings menu brings together settings that concern the whole company: company information and logos, visibility rules, integrations, security options, activity records, public holiday calendars, subscription payments and Digital Credits. The company-wide permission screens (Permission Group, Branch Management) are also in this menu.

Our Solution Partners

The Our Solution Partners section lists the companies Teamso works with as cards: partners offering services such as accounting, occupational health and safety, insurance and training. Teamso prepares and updates the list. Every company sees the same list, and there is nothing for you to configure in this section. Users with the View Company Settings permission can open it.

To see the partner cards and contact a partner:

  1. Click your name at the top right to open the account menu.

  2. Click Our Solution Partners in the menu. You can also reach the same section on the Configuration > Company settings screen, in the Modules & Display group of the settings menu on the left.

Our solution partners shortcut in the account menu
  3. Each card shows the partner's logo, name and a short description of their service.

  4. A card shows up to three lines of the description. If there is an arrow icon under the description, click it to read the full text; click it again to shorten it.

  5. To contact a partner, click the button at the bottom of their card. The button name depends on the partner (e.g. Contact Us, Get a Quote). The partner's page opens in a new tab, and the contact or quote steps continue on the partner's own page.

    Our Solution Partners cards

The button only opens the partner's page. Teamso does not send any information to the partner on your behalf; the conversation and any offer are between you and the partner. A card without a button has no link set up. If there are no partners in the list, the section shows "No solution partners found."

Common mistakes and FAQ

I cannot see the Company Settings menu. You have no permission in this module. Ask the main administrator for the View Company Settings permission.

A Company Settings link I opened says "Not authorized to access this page." Your account does not have the View Company Settings permission, so the page shows no settings. Leave with Back to home and ask the main administrator for the permission.

I can see the security settings but cannot change them. Changing them requires the Company Permission Settings permission.

There is no Data Reset section. This section appears only for the main administrator account.

Our solution partners is not in my account menu. This shortcut is shown only to users with the View Company Settings permission. Ask the main administrator for the permission.

A newly added holiday was deducted from an employee's leave. Include in leave calculation was left on for the holiday (Public holiday calendar).
